Twitter Launches Groups (In Japan) (November 4, 2008 TechCrunch)
Everything awesome always happens in Japan first. Even, it seems, when it involves an American startup. Digital Garage , Twitter’s partner with Twitter Japan, launched Twicco, a site that lets Twitter users create groups and then subscribe to them.
I hear that Twicco was launched to Twitter Japan.
The community of mother who was doing Twitter was made before outside of Twitter.
There was a demand for the function to make the group and the community in Twitter.
First of all, it seems to have started it from Japan.
If this function gets on the right track, a similar function might be launched by the United States.
